Finnish Cancer Research - Expert Catalogue

The Expert Catalogue is a digital matchmaker tool for medical and biomedical research professionals to support new collaborations.

  • Who do I contact when I need a local clinician specialized in bowel cancer as a research partner?
  • Who does intestinal surgery? Who knows the histopathology of bowel cancer?
  • Who has expertise in intestinal cell culture in vitro and ex vivo?
  • Who is familiar with the molecular medicine of bowel cancer and the latest research trends?
  • Are pharma companies interested in research collaboration for bowel cancer?
  • Who can I ask about clinical trials in our hospital?

When you need it, existing expertise can be difficult to identify and localize even in your own research community and among the collaborative organizations.

Finnish Cancer Research - Expert Catalogue is a browser-based digital tool that aims to record different kinds of expertise connected to different professionals that exist in the field of cancer research in Finland. The Expert Catalogue helps researchers to locate an expert with specific spectrum of expertise that is needed for a collaborative approach.

  • Easy to use
  • Browser-based
  • Open only for registered users, approved by Admin
  • Market Place for open calls provided by users

We highly appreciate suggestions and feedback to make the catalogue better.
